This fall, families will benefit from more scholarship opportunities in 36 Universal Pre-K sites in Cleveland as a result of the implementation of the $22.8 million public-private expansion of Cuyahoga County’s Universal Pre-K Program (UPK). UPK provides scholarships to families up to 400% of the federal poverty level and provides support to preschool programs to strengthen their quality.
