PRE4CLE and the Cleveland Transformation Alliance Highlight Quality Schools and Preschools

On Saturday, March 5th, PRE4CLE co-hosted the first annual School Quality Fair with the Cleveland Transformation Alliance. All of the quality K-8 schools in Cleveland were there along with the PRE4CLE Providers to talk to families about their programs and enroll new students. There were activities, a DJ, giveaways, and food for the 250 families that came to the event as well as opportunities to collect resources from partner organizations such as the library, Help Me Grow, Starting Point, and MetroHealth. Every family that came to the event received a $20 gift card to Dave’s Supermarkets.

Sarah Rutland, a parent and Tremont resident said, “The School Quality Fair was an awesome resource in the process of picking a school for my child. It was so helpful to be able to talk to people from all the high-quality schools we have in Cleveland.” Felecia Evans, a Collinwood resident, shared that, “The School Fair was a great event! I was able to personally interact with multiple schools to help determine the best fit for my two young boys.  High-quality options are vital to ensuring academic quality in our city and I was happy to be able to come to one place and get all my questions answered.”

We are pleased to announce that we have secured the Cleveland Convention Center for next year’s School Quality Fair. Mark your calendar for April 29, 2017. We look forward to seeing you there!
