    Invest in Children is a community-wide, public-private partnership administered by the Cuyahoga County Office of Early Childhood. The Partnership is comprised of individuals, private organizations, including government agencies, community-based service providers, and philanthropic and private organizations, all working together to help increase the development, funding, visibility and impact of early childhood services in Cuyahoga County.

  • Help Me Grow

    Help Me Grow is Ohio’s evidenced-based parent support program that encourages early prenatal and well-baby care, as well as parenting education to promote the comprehensive health and development of children. Help Me Grow System includes Central Intake, Help Me Grow Home Visiting and Help me Grow Early Intervention.

  • Cuyahoga County Job and Family Services

    Cuyahoga Job and Family Services works to promote economic self-sufficiency and personal responsibility for families by providing a broad range of quality services, including the Child Care Assistance Program, which helps you pay a portion of your child care expenses each month. Eligibility is based on income and household size. The Child Care Assistance Program gives you the flexibility to choose a child care center, child care home, or care by a relative or other adult based on your family’s individual needs. And that helps you stay on the job, provide care for your children and save money.

  • 2-1-1

    2-1-1 is a free community service you can use to get information about social, health and government resources 24 hours a day, every day. Simply dial 2-1-1 or browse our online directory below to find the resources you need.

  • Cleveland Metropolitan School District

    The Cleveland Metropolitan School District envisions 21st Century Schools of Choice where students will be challenged with a rigorous curriculum that considers the individual learning styles, program preferences and academic capabilities of each student, while utilizing the highest quality professional educators, administrators and support staff available.

  • Cleveland Transformation Alliance

    The Cleveland Transformation Alliance is a public-private partnership dedicated to growing a portfolio of quality district and charter schools.   • Family and Children First Council

    The Family and Children First Council is your connection to people, programs, and ideas to help families be their best. On the Council, parents and community members join specialists from every county agency that serves children to talk to each other, share resources, advance new ideas, and bring people together to make lasting progress for kids and families in Cuyahoga County. They also have resources for children of all ages.

  • The Cuyahoga County Fatherhood Initiative

    The Cuyahoga County Fatherhood Initiative (CCFI) seeks to strengthen families in our community by encouraging fathers to play a more active role in nurturing and raising their children. The Initiative responds to escalating social concerns regarding “father absence” by providing fathers with access to services designed to prepare them to better meet the emotional, psychological, and financial needs of their children. The CCFI also seeks to increase public awareness of the importance of father involvement.

  • Family Connections

    The vision of Family Connections is to strengthen families with young children. Family Connections of Northeast Ohio has been helping families grow stronger together for over 35 years by providing parenting support and educational opportunities for families with children from birth through age 5. They offer year-round, free and low cost programs and services for families and children to learn and play together.

  • CuyahogaKids.org

    CuyahogaKids.org is an online resource for families in Cuyahoga County with events for families and children, places to visit, classes, activities, and resources.

  • Cleveland Public Library

    The Cleveland Public Library has great resources, activities, and events for kids of all ages.

  • The Children's Museum of Cleveland

    The Children’s Museum of Cleveland was first established in 1981 by a coalition of parents, educators and civic leaders. Over the past two decades, the Museum has evolved from merely providing outreach programs and one traveling exhibit, to being known as the only cultural and educational resource completely dedicated to young children in the Cleveland area.

  • Cleveland Metroparks

    The Cleveland Metroparks offers activities and events for kids and families throughout the Cleveland area.

  • Dolly Parton Imagination Library

    Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library will mail your child a free, high-quality, age-appropriate book every month they’re enrolled from birth until they turn 5.
