PRE4CLE Preschools are recognized across the City of Cleveland as the best, highest quality options for preschoolers and their families.

More than 150 preschool programs have already committed to being part of PRE4CLE and serve nearly 5,000 children in high-quality preschool classrooms across the city.

Qualifications of becoming a PRE4CLE Preschool

To join our network, your program must:

  • Be located in the City of Cleveland
  • Be rated Gold or Silver in Step Up To Quality
  • Maintain a teacher-to-student ratio of 1:10 with a maximum class size of 20 children
  • Employ teachers, assistant teachers, and site administrators who meet PRE4CLE’s education and training requirements
  • Agree to share data with PRE4CLE
