Over the past two years, PRE4CLE has continued to expand what it means to be a provider in our network. While our shared mission remains connecting families with quality preschool programs, we have also focused on creating meaningful opportunities that support providers professionally, personally, and as business leaders.
PRE4CLE builds the Provider Experience around listening to providers, responding to their needs, and creating opportunities that help them thrive.
The Provider Network Experience So Far
Over the last two years, providers have had opportunities to engage with PRE4CLE in many ways beyond simply appearing in the provider network. Highlights include:
- Professional development opportunities featuring local and national experts
- Quarterly Preschool Advisory Committee (PAC) meetings that encourage networking, collaboration, and shared learning
- Mini-Grant opportunities to support classroom materials and program improvements
- Exclusive provider discounts and partnerships
- Family outreach and enrollment events that connect providers directly with families
- Community events like Preschool Palooza and Be My Neighbor Day
- Pilot opportunities such as the PRE4CLE Early Learning Initiative (PELI)
- Monthly newsletters with resources, updates, and upcoming opportunities
- Direct communication and technical assistance from the PRE4CLE team
PRE4CLE designs each opportunity with one goal in mind: helping providers feel supported while strengthening access to high-quality preschool throughout Cleveland.
One of the defining features of the PRE4CLE Provider Experience is that it continues to evolve based on provider feedback. Ideas providers share during PAC meetings, surveys, and conversations have directly influenced new programs, professional development topics, resources, and partnerships. This collaborative approach helps ensure that PRE4CLE continues to meet the changing needs of our provider community.
The Provider Experience is continuing to grow. In the coming year, providers can expect to see expanded opportunities. PRE4CLE believes that supporting preschool providers is one of the most important investments we can make in Cleveland’s future.
